We offer a 10% military discount off your entire party cost as a thank you for your service. We kindly ask that you show the proper military ID at the time of checkout to receive your discount. We also offer $1 OFF each Open Play purchased.
As soon as you are 100% sure that you would like to have your party at Jump On Over I would go ahead and book. We can always adjust the date or time at a later date. During the colder months we will sell out up to 2-3 weeks prior to the date. On some occasions party slots are available the week of your desired event.
We kindly as that you cancel your party at least 30 days prior to your party date in order to receive your $100 deposit back. If you need to cancel your event inside of the 30 day period then your deposit is nonrefundable. We understand that kids get sick and family emergencies may come up so you may reschedule your party at any time without penalty.
We kindly ask that no outside food be brought in with the exception of the cake or cupcakes for the party. ***If you have someone in your party that has a food allergy you may bring in food for that person only.
You may bring in your own decorations, but we ask that you do not bring anything that needs to be hung on the wall. If you want to hang anything on the wall it must be hung with painters tape or poster gum ONLY. All of our tables will fit a standard store bought table cloth. We do offer a wide assortment of balloons at competitive pricing that you can order and we will have them blown up upon your arrival. We can blow up your balloons as well for a helium charge.
We do offer private party rooms for you and your guests to enjoy while enjoying pizza and cake. Our jump arena is open to the public and is shared with parties. ***You can book a private party after hours for an additional fee.
2 party rooms are only guaranteed for parties with over 27 guests, but we definitely do our best to make sure that you and your guests are comfortable regardless of how many rooms you may have. We will evaluate each parties needs or requests on a party by party basis. Room assignments aren’t made until the evening before the parties and are subject to change.
Our parties cater to kids ages 1-12 and those are the kids you would include in your headcount. We do not charge for kids under 1, but they are more than welcome to participate in the jumping, and we do not charge for guests older than 12 and kindly ask that they refrain from jumping unless assisting a younger child age 4 and under. ***Anyone under the age of 18 and participating in any activity MUST have a signed waiver on file.
We encourage parents to assist any children that are ages 4 & under. During non-busy times we don’t mind if adults are jumping with their children as long as they are following the rules. If any staff member at any time feels that it is best that adults refrain from jumping they will kindly ask that adults hop off of the inflatables.
We ask that anyone who is playing on the equipment, adult or child, have socks. We conveniently sell them at the front counter for $1 if you forget yours. For any exceptions, please see a member of management.
